Adaleh/The Palestinian Coalition for Economic, Social and Culture Rights

Adaleh was established in 2017 to build a protection network for the marginalized categories of the Palestinian society by unifying the efforts of the civil society and grass-root organizations as well as trade unions.

The coalition consists of more than (60) grass-root and civil society organizations as well as unions from different Palestinian sectors and geographical areas. It is currently hosted by Al Marsad organization.

Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development

Ajyal Association for Creativity and Development (AACD) was established in 2003 by a group of young people from Tufah, a marginalised area in Eastern Gaza Strip. The organisation is working hard to contribute to a positive development in Gaza Strip and all programmes and projects are based on the communities’ needs. One of Ajyal’s priorities is to enhance youth’s civic participation and empower them to be socially and economically included in the society.

Al Marsad

The Social and Economic Policies Monitor – Al Marsad is a Palestinian research and campaigning civil society organisation that was established in 2014 by a group of Palestinian academics and researchers as an initiative to monitor the Palestinian government’s socio-economic policies. Through this monitoring, Al Marsad wants to hold the government accountable to ensure the protection of the economic, social and civil rights of the most vulnerable groups in Palestine. Al Marsad operates from Ramallah with a national outreach in Palestine. 

Al-Harah Theater

Al-Harah Theater was established in 2005 as an NGO in Beit Jala, Bethlehem. The organisation is working to empowering youth in the West Bank by offering vocational and drama training and providing safe platforms where youth can meet and discuss challenges and needs. Al-Harah uses theatre and performing arts as means to raise awareness on political, economic and social matters in order to contribute to a positive societal change in Palestine.

Baladna/Association for Arab Youth

Association for Arab Youth (Baladna), is a developmental and capacity building agency for Arab-Palestinian youth in Israel.

Burj Al-LuqLuq Social Center Society

Burj Al-LuqLuq Social Center Society (Burj Al-LuqLuq) was established in 1991 and has been working with the Jerusalem community within the Old City for many years. It is a non-profitable development association which works to enhance the psycho-social environment and intellectual development of children and youth in the Old City of Jerusalem.

MIFTAH/The Palestinian Initiative for the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy

Established in Jerusalem in December 1998, The Palestinian Initiative for the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy (MIFTAH) seeks to promote the principles of democracy and good governance within various components of Palestinian society; it further seeks to engage local and international public opinion and official circles on the Palestinian cause.

MUSAWA/The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession

The Palestinian Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession (MUSAWA), is a Palestinian NGO established in 2002 by lawyers, former judges and human rights activists dedicated to defending the independence of the judiciary and the legal profession. MUSAWA is a pioneer organization that works to contribute effectively to state building through empowering the separation of powers, rule of law, defending the independence of the judiciary, and promoting the legal profession.

REFORM/The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development (REFORM) was established by a group of young social activists in 2012. REFORM defines itself as an independent, secular and non-partisan NGO. It works in various geographical areas in Palestine empowering marginalised groups to participate in public life.

Women’s Studies Centre

The women’s studies centre (WSC) is a secular, independent, feminist non-governmental organization. They are active in protecting and advocating for human rights and women’s rights, in enhancing gender equality and in supporting women’s rights as an integral part of human rights.
